Chapel Field was founded in 1986 as a Christian College Preparatory High School. Our 100 acre campus is nestled in the rolling hills of the beautiful Hudson Valley in New York State, in the heart of the world’s top academic and cultural establishments: one hour from New York City, near Harvard, Yale, and Princeton Universities, and close to the United States Military Academy at West Point. The school now goes from Pre-K to twelfth grade.
Chapel Field is accredited by the National Association of Private Schools, and incorporated under the University of the State of New York. A member of several athletic leagues and music associations, Chapel Field has been recognized numerous times for outstanding performances in both athletics and music. Athletic teams hold seven New York State Championships. Under the direction of nationally renowned Eric Parks, the school’s concert band, jazz band, and orchestra are the recipients of many awards. The school offers many cultural opportunities and experiences ranging from Boston to New York City and Washington, D.C.
Listen as the Superintendent of Schools speaks about the story of Chapel Field and why a Christian environment is so important in a secular culture.
